How hypnosis can help you lose weight and keep it off permanently

When I hear absolute statements, I know immediately that I need to change the way these people are programming themselves. I usually do this by asking them, "Is there any time in your life where you showed that you have willpower?" "Can you prove to me that you have a fat gene? Are you sure it exists?" "Is there any time in your life when you were disinterested in food?. "Taking ownership of negative statements.
By using the word, I, you unconsciously take ownership over the following statements. Thus, when I hear you say, ""I have fat genes" "I eat to comfort me" "I can't stick to anything" "I never finish anything" "I keep eating too much all the time" "I don't want to waste food" my reaction would be to help you realize how you are taking ownership of the statement and thus programming your subconscious mind to ACCEPT AS FACTS that you have fat genes, eating is comforting, lose motivation fast, cannot complete anything, over-eat all the time etc.Think that it is difficult to lose weight.
People who are overweight always think that it is hard to lose weight. They forget that it is really hard for their bodies and their systems to be digesting food all the time. It is not normal. The reason why they feel good about eating and over-eating is because they have TRAINED their body to accept the stress. Science has proven that people who are slimmer live longer. Just like you have so easily trained your body to accept the stress of over-eating; you can just as easily train your body to return to a normal, healthy eating pattern. It's not difficult to lose weight through hypnosis.
Through hypnotic re-programming, all these obstructive self-programming will be removed or downgraded and
in its place a new set of healthier programs will be re-installed into your subconscious mind that would kick in
automatically whenever it is triggered. Once the programs are in place, the changes are permanent and
