How do I get started with therapy? Therapy starts from your first call to the therapist. Note that the therapist can work on only 1 presenting problem at a time so as a patient, you need to prioritize and decide on the problem that you would like to address first. The flow chart below depicts the common flow of the therapeutic process and procedure.
